Ignite is a one-year discipleship course running in a number of locations across the UK, and is a Pioneer Network initiative. The training programme is for men and women of all ages and backgrounds, and provides the opportunity to encounter God’s passion for humanity, to build strong faith foundations, and to become equipped and empowered to impact individuals, cities and nations with the love of God.

The training consists of six modules of Biblical teaching, built around three main themes:

  • Kingdom theology: ‘Who is God?’
  • Identity: ‘Who am I?’
  • Calling: ‘What am I called to do?’

Through powerful Bible-based teaching and training you will discover more of God’s plan for the world and for your life. Whether you are new to faith and want to build a strong foundation for your relationship with God, or whether you’ve been following Jesus for years and are looking to reignite and further develop your faith, this training programme will help you understand and apply key Biblical truths that will transform you as an individual, and will equip you with the skills you need to bring God’s Kingdom to your family, friends and community.

The training usually takes place one evening a week over a ten-month period, with each training evening consisting of worship, teaching, group work and ministry time. Additional ministry, mission and outreach opportunities are available to those who want to develop even further. Students are usually also encouraged to attend the Pioneer Annual Leaders Conference each year, and may have access to other local mini-conferences.
